Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchange Policy
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a customer preference (such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our mistake or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.
